Judging it for a Phone Cover:

The font you used it quite poor.
The circle you used is transparent, but not enough in my opinion.
You tried to have it so that those two random lines went negative in the white, the contrast is too much.
There is no other effect, from what I've seen, literally a circle with text.

I'll work on one for you later. e-e
