Honest opinion probably 2/10.
I guess you tried to to have superadmins get a tag in front of their chat messages but you would need to override GM:PlayerSay for that so it doesnt work at all.
I suggest processing it on the server in GM:PlayerSay and then relaying it normally to the client.
Try looking at exisiting solutions to get some ideas.
