How i level up fast

I think the easiest way to lvl up fast is to play ARAM. The game are not so long and you got a good amount of experience. But I think the algorithm of league of legends changed to help you and lvl up faster than in the past. But I don't recomend you to play ranked as fast as you reach 30. You will just ruin the experience of people that really want to play ranked seriously... like me
