Extract the files to your desktop, open the extracted folder and zip the "website" folder you find inside.
Log into your hosting service provider client area (C-Panel) and then upload the zipped "website" folder to your domain public folder.
Extract the files to the root of your domain public folder and then delete the uploaded zip file.
Open your domain link and you should be getting the Installation instructions.
