Should I Get a New Life Next Year...?

Let's just say it's falling apart so bad the sick side of me is coming in... I had a dream cutting out my guts smiling while beating the shit out of others... This anger is getting to large and I don't know what to do with it anymore... I used to run until my legs are in a lot of pain to get rid of some of the anger but it just isn't working anymore...
