Microsoft has been doing great recently, with its net worth being over a trillion dollars as of recent (Apple was the first company to achieve this just a year ago ish). Microsoft also bought GitHub and has been moving towards being more open-source. This direction seems like a good one, so I'd probably keep the general company direction the same.
However, Microsoft owns Minecraft and Minecraft needs some changes. For starters, that EULA that ruins community servers' chances to run servers without losing tons of money (they only allow basic cosmetics) needs to be revised. I'm not saying that they should allow pay-to-win, but allow community servers to make some income.
Minecraft also seems to need a larger developer team (Mojang itself only has 70 employees total)... for the most-selling game of all time, that's very few people. Maybe also bring Notch back on board, if he's interested.
