Windows 10 Restart stuck issue

If it's stuck when restarting, just power it off and reboot into safe mode. For Win10, you need to have 3 "failed" startup attempts before the system will show you the "Windows Recovery Environment". Once you're on this screen, just click onto advanced options and select safe mode. Inside safe mode, try uninstalling any software which may cause a problem and restart
