Xenforo 2.1.8 Patch 2 Nulled

I'm not able to download yet but If i'm doing a fresh install... can I just grab the full release or will I still need to apply the patches? If I need to apply the patches, could you tell me how or direct me to a resource here on site if possible that can explain how to do this?
