Any way to change M9K Weapons damage stats on my DarkRP server?

While working on my DarkRP server I'm wondering if anyone has a way to change the amount of damage M9K guns do in Garry's Mod. I haven't been able to find any detailed tutorials online on something like this so i'm hoping someone here would know.
