Goku vs Superman

This is an interesting question because they share a great many characteristics with each other, they're both aliens who have been endowed with incredible superpowers. HOWEVER...Goku would win because he has the ability to mass energy from the universe while superman is stuck with what he has from the yellow suns radiation. A spirit bomb would wipe superman off the face of the universe.
