Its also confusing because of Gordon and Eli do go on an adventure for Alyx in some kind of alien dimension, Mossman and borealis is completely forgotten. Honestly, if valve manages to connect all the loose ends I'd be back to being a loyal fan of Valve.

You should already know by now- Valve knows what they are done.
