How can you get better in CSGO? (Tips & Suggestions)

I'd suggest many of the workshop training maps in terms of improving your aim such as aim bots.. For learning recoil patterns I would suggest recoil master.

Also, learn callouts. These can be seen next to your minimap in the corner and are useful to give your team an idea of where the enemy team is and how many of them they may encounter there.

Other than that you only develop game sense over time.
