Would you rather have money or power?

If you have power then you have money. Therefore, power!!! Ahem... I'm not evil... or am I? But, wait. If you have the money then you have power unless you're in a society where money doesn't mean that much. If you have power, money isn't necessary at all. Make them do it for you, and there we go. Reward them, punish them etc.. Much better than money because you could easily get backstabbed or manipulated.
