China has been constantly giving out loans for years and years to all kind of countries with a lot of interest and debt. America is one of those but recently with the African countries china has been seizing up the land infrastructure built with their money. Not to mention the fact china has been building artificial islands and also digging channels through other ones. I'd say given all there circumstances and if Americas economy does recess. That china will be far ahead of everyone when it comes to rebuilding from whatever could happen
