[UE4] Character Customizer 4.20

Unfortunately it doesn't work in the later versions, 4.21 onwards, I haven't tested it on version 4.18-19

After 25 minutes frozen at 45% the project opened at UE4 4.21 and spent another 30 minutes compiling the shaders, I recommend waiting for projects like this one that are more resentful
