Worth upgrading?

I think your PC is still pretty good. I would upgrade two things though. Your GPU, and RAM. Your GPU is pretty old now. It is still a very good GPU, but it would do you well to upgrade so you can play the newest AAA games because they are optimized for newer architectures usually. And your ram you should upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4 for faster timings. It would help with stutters if you experience those. And it would also help a lot with newer AAA games with loading things.
