it might be just me.. but what if new members can get random pictures! i mean Aoki can do that? it would be gud! to see different picture. i mean it!

I totally understand what your saying. I dont quite ignore them because even I started with it but I think there should be a variety of"default" avatars that members can choose from in the user control panel,but when a new member signs up he is assigned one of the general default avatars at random so that not every new member has the same pic but we will still know the new members avatars.
