[Suggestion] Default profile avatars and profile covers.

I agree with Oathkeeper. The google approach would make the no-avi leechers (or just newbies to the site who haven't gotten comfy yet) more engaging. I suppose that would make them a bit more *unique* than if they all had the same discord-looking-fox-thingy which is the default now.

Note that the discord-fox is brilliant, just with the negative connotation of it being the face of so many stoopid leechers I had to interact with.

(Or is it just a person with horns? Is that a nose or a snout? Aoki we demand answers!)
