AreaManager allows server administrators to define areas of their maps with comprehensive permissions. Restrict the ability for user groups or teams to enter, pvp, spawn props, toolgun and more! Disallow specific props and tools, or setup a whitelist! A must for the avid administrator.
Features
If using with an admin mod, assign the permissions below to groups respectively. Users that have the areamanager manage can use the command //am (configurable) to give them access to the AreaManager Tool. With this, you can create new areas. To manage already created areas, use the command am_menu or reload whilst holding the AreaManager Tool. More about how to create and manage areas are explained in the 'Creating and managing areas' tab.
If you're not using an admin mod, or you've disabled permissions, edit the configuration file to grant manage permissions to your liking.
Permissions
areamanager manage - Ability to create, manage and remove areas
Why use this over the other area management addons?
During research, I noticed that other area management addons are now outdated, and aren't being developed on. As my first commercially released addon, I will strive to maintain development by listening to suggestions and feedback.

Please kindly PM me if the link is down or something. This should work straight out of the box. The only modification I've made is obscuring my Steam ID with Gabe Newell's in shared.lua, line 12. If it doesn't work, maybe try changing that to your steam ID. Also, statistics.lua is encrypted by default, that's just how it is, I'm not sure if you can disable it without breaking the add-on or not.
