I'll have to agree.Any cheesecake I have ever made is chilled instead of baked. Seems that baking it is a completely American twist and I am curious if people actually prefer it that way. If you ever feel adventurous,try making a banoffee, it's pretty similar in technique and fairly equally delicious.
