When im turning on the game, sometimes csgo wont turn on

I have a problem with csgo. When im turning on the game, sometimes csgo wont turn on, but pc does not react, monitor disconnects and i need to turn it off by button. There is no other option to do with pc in this state. This happens every 5-6 start. Can someone help me with this?
