Hey there mate, Seome things I do think you need to keep in mind. 1)It's gonna be a living hell the first week.You have to persist and endure. 2)Working out without proper nutrition is half the plan.Try to stick to a nutritional plan without unnecessary sugars/calories,according to your workout regime. 3)Don't try to show off.Learning how to properly do an exercise is much more crucial.If you do not do it correctly,you are basically not working out and could risk injuring yourself. 4)Start your way with something on a smaller scale,like crunches or Jumping Jacks and then work your way to harder and more complex exercises. 5)The most important tip of all:Don't use more kg's than you can handle.Use a bit less than you are capable and do more repetitions.This way you don't puff up with muscle,but you do gain more strenght in your inner muscle layers.
