I advice u to keep working out using body weight at least in the beginning for the longest period u could do
try also cardio workout if you could go and run in the streets or have a trademill in your house or just search cardio exercises
make the last step is working out using weights and use little weights don't try to use heavy weights as you see the bodybuilders and that shit this won't help u at all and this is not healthy and you will never get this result unless u start taking supplements which is too harmful and they just do this for championships and it's only a body shape no benefit at all
