Hidden Cameras - Addition to RP and Realism!

Yooooooo, I have the terminals system inside of my server, but I'm really debating swapping it for this addon now, this looks so cool!
Could you explain a-bit more about the IPAD the PM holds, is that an entity you purchase or a swep you assign to User-Groups?
