Web Design: whats the future?

You sill need to be a competent designer in order to use a drag-and-drop tool effectively. I've seen way too many ridiculously ugly creations by end users who have no idea what they're doing.

In most cases, it's like giving a machine gun to a mad man. The good part is that these tools empower the designers who can't code.
