New to CSGO problem

As others suggest, try looking for a group or even just another person to duo queue. Try and watch videos on utility on different maps, and use workshop maps to improve aiming and spray control. I recommend uLLeticaL's map's, specifically "Aim Botz" and "Recoil Master". Other than those suggestions, the only way to get better is to play more.
