You must first hang yourself with the noose of the chosen.
Then you must recite the entire alphabet backwards in latin.

Latin uses the same alphabet we do, just no j's or w's as well as some letters having longer pronunciations.

Yea, but reciting it would only take about 5-10 seconds, and after that point, you have immortality, so the hanging part does not matter - just make sure to take a deep breath.
