I have nerver gotten to test it, but it has to work, since it is directly downloaded from gmodstore. This Dev like always doesn't give proper explaination to his addons. You have to experiment it out yourself.

yeah, ragdolls, some map stuff and maybe some other stuff can't get replaced.
