I haven't ever smoked weed in my life, but if I were to I just want to be extra careful. If you have any personal experience or bad experiences please tell me so I don't make an accident.

Here are the health risks, from a longtime smoker (me):

1) Don't smoke. Vape. Or eat. Smoking anything is bad for you. Our lungs are not made to handle excessive carbon molecules.
2) Using for a long time will cause insomnia.
3) Using for a long time will cause anxiety in many people.
4) Using for a long time will decrease the medicine's efficacy.
5) As a beginner, use strains where the CBD level is 2 x higher than the THC level. This will allow you to have a smooth trip without too many psychological risks.
