Hi guys, I want to ask you "Is Minecraft Bedrock worth it?" as it says in the title

Well I am wondering whether to buy Minecraft Bedrock (Windows 10 Edition) or not, what is the difference? which is better? worth it? is better?

Can I play with Java players? Is it more optimized or what?

I mean, I don't understand the differences between Java Version and Bedrock Edition

Also, can i play with XBOX players and Phone, etc?
