Hey mate thx for the long and informational replay I am going to see if I can find Linus video. I am thinking of buying AMD now. I mean I just don't want to spend too much money on the CPU. And thx again for the good and informational respond :)

No problem, I do enjoy being able to talk about tech, so I did have personal motives :P
GL with your upgrades.

Just a few extra tidbits for you though:
NVME SSD for faster storage, helps with load times.
Consider DDR4 ram if you are still using DDR3 (I would say make sure your cpu can use it, but current gen can and pretty sure last gen also can).
Make sure your power supply can handle the CPU, this shouldn't be a problem with AMDs ryzen, however it could be an issue with the high range intel, that is one thing I forgot to mention, Intel also consumes more power (not a massive amount more but enough that it could be an issue for some depending on how close you have your power supplies limit to how much you actually need.)
