Yeah you're not wrong buddy. Great point. But your suggestion implies that people know whatBootstrap is, or Wordpress, or how do add plugins to Wordpress, or how to use a hosting service.
Paying another person and working with another person is not always simple.

For us it's very easy, we have the knowledge in this field. But let me give you an example. Does the template below look like it was made by a person who has any experience in field?

This page was made by a person who has no idea what HTML is. This dude wanted to bring his ideas online, with at less knowledge as possible.
