Upgrading Phone

I purchased my phone few months back but I used the previous phone for close to 3 years. I ended up buying new phone when phone was not holding the charge and started to slowdown a lot. As long as you phone is responsive to your day to day use, I don't see any reason to spend money on buying a new phone./////////.
