Just set your steam to some really messed up country money wise, such as some south american nation and you can get games pretty cheap compared to US prices. Usually already cheap games will be absolutely amazing priced in those countries currencies but translate to some outdated amount in USD. Sometimes we need some crippled socialist country to get some good games.
