Advice Needed What do i do?

ive had 2 operations on my back and one on my neck, n i have a crap load of titanium screws, plates and rods , ever since operation #1 ive not been able to sleep at night either. i finally fall out about 5am ever single day. it gets tiresum after 10 yrs of the same thing every night
