I never really wanted to believe it, but a better mouse, keyboard, and mousepad definitely helped me (mostly in R6: Siege). A monitor with a faster refresh rate I haven't noticed much a difference though (going from 60 to 120fps). But basically there's nothing like practice...lots and lots of practice lol.
