The presidents run certain aspects of the country, but the true vision of where "America" is going is on the hands of the board (or at least not on the hands of the presidents. As for was Obama better than Trump? I think he was a better human being, better spoken, better educated, in many ways better than Trump. Trump is probably a better business man, and has had some things done better than Obama. Again, either way it goes back to the begging of my response.
