HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Honestly my sleep schedule has been a mess lately. I don't sleep until 10 am and wake up in the evening. If I do have a good day and sleep early then I sleep for 3-4 hours. I miss the sun lol!
