be patient and read a lot before investing money or just invest what you can afford to loose.
Best wallet is hardware wallet so you do not depend on any 3rd party service, something like Ledger is nice.
Otherwise kraken / binance for trading and you can have a wallet wherever you want (coinbase, blockchain, ..)
