RE: What's the last book you read? 24-08-2020, 08:38 PM #218 I think my last one was Shirley Jackson's Dark Tales. I think overall I prefer them to the short stories in The Lottery; Dark Tales is just so much more sinister overall. I still get chills thinking about the ending of the Summer People.
