Best server host

I have recently used Heimsnet, and although it seemed sketchy at first, it turned out pretty well. They have I think the lowest prices out there, and it kind of seems too good to be true. Truth is, they don't have a payment system like most hosts, instead, they have a discord server where you purchase balance with paypal (and only paypal), and then use that balance to buy the server you want. Despite these shenanigans, the server runs buttery smooth, and at a really low price.
