Heart atack vs. Costochondritis

costochondritis honestly seems like a catchall term for when doctors don't know wtf is going on with you tbh. at least the way I was diagnosed.

do you have a dull pain or a sharp pain?
does it hurt when you specifically breathe in or out?
does it hurt at a specific position when you flex forward/backward?
