Your best alcohol ?

I'm a huge fan of Amarula (from South Africa! made from the marula fruit)! It's like dessert in a glass. Plus, y'know, alcohol, so that only makes things better. There's a bit of a bite to it that surprises some people I've introduced it to, but it makes the best boozy milkshakes I've ever had.
