Is Bitcoin really untraceable?

If you do It the right way, It will be untraceable.
Short example:
You buy BTC from someone paying with Paypal(Not your real acc)/Amazon gift card etc.

Cashing out:
Find/Get a friend who lives in a country where government dont care/brideable and cash out your btc.
