Best shader packs for older computers?

Hi there! I've been getting back into Minecraft lately and I really want to make it look a little easier on the eyes, but I don't have a very efficient computer. Does anyone have any favorite shaders that don't take up too much space or slow things down too much? Thanks in advance.
