If you want to develop your skills in the game then you should follow the ranking system.
Or if you face cheaters then play on faceit servers and develop your skills..
RANK only shows you where you actually stand in the whole community.
SO if you are playing for only passing your time , and want to rank up then
google it and you will get lots of video of tips and tricks of each map.
