If i have bad dreams i know that im dreaming and turn it into a lucid dream with a simple trick
If u have weird situations in your life just count your fingers (in reallife). If u done this a few time you will do it in your dreams in weird situations. In your dreams numbers doesnt make any sense so its possible that you have 11 fingers and then you know that you are dreaming and turn it into a lucid dream.
