Are these auto rotating proxies shared between everyone who pays or is each individual customer account created dedicated private ip or is this just like 1 big pool of proxies that rotate through members like say 1 ip request was used to log in somewhere and gets banned what are the chances of me getting that same ip that already was used on that login in a future request or another member getting that same ip or me getting another members ip for that request even if it isnt banned or dead?
