Worst Movie

I have a friend that does a "Bad Movie Friday" every month, and he's come up with some really bad movies to watch. My current favourite is Dead Heat (1998).

For good movies that are poorly rated, I really like The New Guy (2002). In terms of series, any of the Police Academy movies from 3 to 7 are hilariously bad.
