Meh, it's just a refaced old iPhone, and now it doesn't even come with a charger or ear buds... gotta love getting crapped on and asking for more like you enjoyed paying for it. What's next? Take away the ear speaker, make you pay extra to be able to hear your phone calls in private?
Apple made a killing off of ripping you off, and continues to do so because you stand there with your wallet open.

ARM based? If not get ready to buy another once the ARM processor version gets released. Apple will do like they did with the powerPC lineup and x86 development and maintenancewill be dead on the old intel based platforms. Why spend so much on hardware that isn't really cutting edge or actually perform better than the competition, especially with planned obsolescence?
